I've been unable to sign into this app for some time now. It just says "oops, something went wrong at our end, please try again" but it never works. I've tried clearing the app cache, restarting phone, completely uninstalling the app and reinstalling but it still doesn't work. It just errors at the point of entering my email address, I don't even get as far as trying the password.

The app was/is brilliant, but since the main site, Moneysupermarket, allowed you to log in using your main password, I have been unable to log in to this app. It keeps saying 'Oops! Something happened' then asking me to 'Try again'. Well, I have. I've reset the password - half a dozen times, deleted then reinstalled the app, but nothing. I can log in if I access it via my browser, but for some reason the app just will not work anymore.

I downloaded this as I had used Clearscore previously and wanted to see how it compared. The Credit Monitor app is far superior. It shows much more historical information which just seems to be missing in the Clearscore app. It has a much nicer interface and and actually explains everything properly, such as why your score has increased/decreased. It also showed a financial connection to my ex wife which was no longer valid and gave me the option to remove the connection.
